ไปอ่านกระทู้คุณ luna ได้รวมรวมการเดินทาง ที่พักที่นอนซึ่งเทอได้ไปออสเตรเลีย จึงนำมาฝาก ให้ท่านได้อ่าน

เริ่มด้วยที่พักแสนสบายใน Hallstatt , Austria ดีมั๊ยคะ.. ไปพักที่นี่มาชอบมากเลย มีห้องนอน ห้องน้ำใหญ่โต (สะอาดมาก) ตู้เสื้อผ้า แล้วก็
เคเบิ้ลทีวี แถมห้องครัว และอาหารเช้า กับแยมโฮมเมดรสชาดถูกปากอีกด้วย ที่พักอยู่ติดลำธารเล็กๆ มีดอกไม้น่ารักๆ รายล้อมค่ะ พักที่นี่จะได้
บัตรส่วนลดของกระเช้าcable ขึ้นเหมืองเกลือ กับค่าเข้าเหมืองเกลือด้วยจ๊ะ... ^^

การเดินทาง :
- ถ้ามาทางเรือข้ามฟาก หลังจากขึ้นฝั่งแล้วให้เดินเลี้ยวมาทางซ้ายตามถนนสายหลักไปเรื่อยๆ จนถึงทางตัดถนนสายหลัก
แล้วให้เดินข้ามไปทางฝั่งภูเขา จะเห็นกระเช้าเคเบิ้ลด้านหลังเป็นวิวอยู่ไม่ไกล เดินตรงมาเรื่อยๆ ผ่านบ้านคน และร้านรวงต่างๆ จนตัด
ลำธารสายเล็กบ้านอยู่ทางขวามือติดลำธารเลยค่ะ
- ถ้าขับรถมาจากอีกด้านหนึ่งสามารถเลี้ยวซ้ายแล้วตรงเข้ามาเรื่อยๆ ตามทางที่บอกไว้ได้เลยค่ะ สามารถจอดรถได้ด้วยค่ะ
ราคา: คนละ 20 กว่ายูโร (ได้ข่าวว่าราคาขึ้น แต่ก็ยังตกคนละ ยี่สิบกว่าๆ ค่ะ) ราคาอาจไม่ถูกมากนัก แต่ว่าถูกใจนักเดินทางอย่างคนเขียนค่ะ

ข้อเสีย : ในกรณีไม่มีพาหนะเดินทางส่วนตัว ที่พักอาจต้องเดินไกลพอสมควร (ข้อดีคือ..ระหว่างทางผ่านบ้านเรือนน่ารักๆ เต็มไปหมดเจ้าค่ะ)

การเริ่มต้นไปจิ่วจ้ายโกว ทำได้ง่าย ๆ แต่จะยากขึ้นเป็นลำดับ
1) หาข้อมูลที่มีอยู่ทั่วไปจากแหล่งต่างๆ แต่นั่นแหละแต่ละที่ข้อมูลแทบจะไม่ค่อยตรงกันเลย เดียวนี้ง่ายที่สุก็ในเว็บไซต์ต่างๆ ข้อมูลจิ่วจ้ายโกวมีเยอะแยะ แต่ต้องกรองข้อมูลหน่อยละกัน ทำการบ้านเยอะๆ หน่อย โดยเฉพาะผู้นำกลุ่มนำต้องทำการบ้านมากหน่อย

เมื่อกำหนดวันไป และงบประมาณได้แล้วก็อย่ารีรอที่จะต้องรีบจองตั๋วเครื่องบินทันที เพราะไม่ว่าจะไปทางคุนหมิงหรือเฉินตุ ช่วงพีคคนจะเยอะมากๆ ยิ่งช้าเท่าใดยิ่งแพงเพิ่มขึ้นเท่านั้น ดังนั้นรีบจัดการซะแต่เนิ่นๆ โดยส่วนตัวคิดว่าจองผ่านเอเย่นซี่จะราคาตั๋วถูกกว่าจองผ่านสายการบินโดยตรงนะ (เฉพาะไปคุนหมิง กับ เฉินตู) ที่ผมไปก็จองผ่านเอเย่นขยันหา ขยันต่อรองหน่อยช่วยประหยัดได้เยอะ

โรงแรมที่ในจิ่วจ้ายโกว
ตอนที่ผมไปพักกันปากทางเข้าจิ่วจ้ายโกว เงียบมากๆ ร้างผู้คน โรงแรมใหญ่ๆ ปิดตัวลงเหมือนโรงแรมร้าง มีโรงแรมแถวนั่นเต็มไปหมด กลุ่มผมเน้นที่พักราคาประหยัด โดยจองที่พักแบบ Youht hostel ไปล่วงหน้าจากเมืองไทย อยู่ห่างจากปากทางจิ่ว ประมาณเกือบๆ กิโล ตอนเช้าเดินไปสัก 15 นาที ก็ถึง อาหารการกินหาไม่ยาก แต่ไม่ค่อยถูกปากสักเท่าไร อย่างที่รู้จืดสนิท
ผมพักกันที่ Jiu Zhai Gou Paradise Youth Hostel ไปกัน 5 คนเลยจองเป็นห้องพักรวม มี 6 เตียง มีห้องน้ำในตัว สะอาดพอสมควรพอรับได้ ห้องน้ำเป็นชักโครกสะอาดดี สนนราคาห้องพักรวม คนละแค่ 30 หยวนต่อคนต่อคืนเอง (ไม่รู้ว่าช่วงคนเยอะ คงราคาเพิ่มแน่นอน ลองเช็คในเว็ปไซต์ของที่นี้ดูก่อนได้) ส่วนที่พักห้องแยก 2 เตียง (อีกคืนเพื่อนๆ แยกไปพัก) 2 เตียง แค่คนละ 40 หยวนต่อคนเอง มีห้องน้ำชักโครกในตัว มีทีวี อีทเตอร์ด้วยนะ สะดวกเชียวละ แถมที่ใต้โรงแรมนี้เค้ามีอาหารให้บริการได้ด้วยเป็นกันเองมากครับ สูกสาวเจ้าของโรงแรมน่ารัก เป็นคนจัดการพูดอังกฤษได้ดี สื่อสารกันไม่ลำบากเท่าไร แถมมีอินเตอร์เน็ทให้เส่นด้วย 4-5 เครื่อง แต่ช้ามากๆ .....ที่นี่แนะนำเลยครับ ถ้าคนไม่เรื่องมาก คิดว่าพอใจแน่นอนครับ ลองเข้าเว็ปเค้าได้เลยครับ

Thai FooD (อาหารไทย)

Thai food is globally popular due to its tasty combination of sweet, sour and saltiness, appetizingly enhanced by tanginess from an assortment of chilies used in typical dishes. This flavorful blend which has become characteristic of traditional Thai food remains distinctive in local fare until present days.
Thai food combines the best of several Eastern cuisines: the oriental bite of Szechwan Chinese, the tropical flavour of Malaysian, the creamy coconut sauces of Southern Indian and the aromatic spices of Arabian food. Thais then add an abundance of fresh ingredients, coriander plants, chilies and pepper. The result is like a cuisine minceur' of the Orient, with small portions of lean meat, poultry and seafood, and plenty of fresh vegetables and salads.

Thai food is lightly cooked so it's crisp, colourful, sharply flavoured and nutritious. The distinctive taste comes from a handful of fundamental ingredients, all widely available at Asian foodstores. Ingredients that are essential in Thai cooking are spices and herbs, which, beside their aromatic quality, are known to have diverse health benefits. The essence of many types of herbs can aid in regularizing the circulatory system of the body. The knowledge of using herbs in Thai cooking, derived from traditional Thai medicine, makes Thai food a healthy choice in a real sense.
A Thai meal normally consists of a variety of dishes such as a curry, a soup, a stir-fry and a dipping sauce or salad. There is normally a balance of spicy and mild dishes with at least one mild dish to counter the spicy dishes.
Thai cooking is not difficult. Once you are familiar with the main ingredients and we can guarantee that you will amaze yourself with the delicious food that you can cook. The Thai way of life is laid back and this translates into their cooking too, so don't worry too much, relax, keep a smile on your face and enjoy!

Pad Thai (ผัดไทย)

Pad Thai has been one of my favorite foods for a long time. I’ve loved it so much

Ingredients :
1/2 pound dried wide rice noodles (they should resemble translucent linguini)
1/2 cup fish sauce, divided
1 tablespoon tamarind concentrate
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup palm sugar (sometimes called jaggery)
4 tablespoons peanut oil, divided
4 teaspoons dried chili flakes, divided
1 pound firm or extra-firm pressed tofu, cut into 1/2 -inch squares
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup dried shrimp
1 cup chopped garlic chives or scallions
1 cup mung bean sprouts
1/3 cup crushed dry-roasted peanuts
4 eggs
Lime wedges
2 Thai chilies or serrano peppers, seeded, veins removed, then thinly sliced

Place the noodles in a large bowl. Add enough warm, but not boiling, water to cover. Set aside for 30 minutes.
While the noodles soak, in small saucepan over low heat, whisk together 1/4 cup of the fish sauce, the tamarind concentrate, water and palm sugar. Whisk until the sugar dissolves and the sauce is just warm. Do not boil. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Once the noodles have soaked, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Drain the noodles and add to the boiling water for 1 minute. Drain, rinse with cool water, then set aside in the colander.
Heat a wok or large heavy saute pan over high. Add 2 tablespoons of the oil, swirling the pan to coat the surface. When the oil begins to lightly smoke, add 2 teaspoons of the chili flakes and half of the tofu. Fry the tofu for about 5 seconds, then add half each of the garlic and dried shrimp. Fry until the tofu is lightly brown, about 30 more seconds.
Add half of the noodles and a small ladleful of the sauce, stirring quickly to mix so the noodles do not stick together. Cook for about 30 seconds.
Push the noodles to one side of the pan. Crack 2 eggs into the pan. Let the eggs sit for about 5 seconds, then scramble for another 5 seconds. Toss with the noodles to mix well.
Add half each of the chives or scallions, sprouts and peanuts, then quickly toss. Transfer to serving plates, then repeat the frying process with the remaining ingredients. Serve with lime wedges, the remaining fish sauce and fresh chilies.

Kang Liang Goong Sod (แกงเลียงกุ้งสด - Thai Spicy Mixed Vegetable Soup with Prawns)

Ingredients:

350 grams prawns, cleaned, shelled, and deveined
1 cup babycorn, sliced
1 cup any fresh vegetables, cut into well pieces
1/2 cup sweet basil leaves
4 cups vegetable stock or water
Ingredients : Spice Mixture 12 pepper corns
12 shallots
1 tablespoon shrimp paste
1/2 cup dried shrimp
2 tablespoon fish sauce

Preparations:

1. Grind all spice mixture ingredients in a mortar and pound until mixed thoroughly (or using food processor).
2. Heat vegetable stock or water in a pot, then add spice mixture and keep stirring it.
3. When the soup boils again, add fish sauce. Wait for another 20 seconds, then add prawns, vegetables.
4. When vegetables are cooked thoroughly, taste and add fish sauce or salt as desired, then remove from heat.
5. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately with hot steamed rice

Tom Yum Gung (ต้มยำกุ้ง - Spicy Thai Shrimps Soup)

Tom Yum is a spicy soup made from chilli, lime leaves and lemon juice, 'Gung' is the shrimp form of this soup. 'Tom Yum' is what people think of when they think of Thai food, it is the poster dish you must learn to cook to be able to say you cook Thai food. In the North East it's common to eat 'Tom Yum' made from chicken, it can also be made from pork or even fish.

Ingredientfor :

2 People

150 gms Shrimp

250 ml Water

30 gms Galanga

30 gms Lemongrass

20 gms Kaffir Lime leaves

25 gms Bird Chilli

1 Sprig Coriander

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

3 Tablespoons Fish Sauce

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Tom Yum Paste

1 Teaspoon Chilli Paste

2 Tablespoon condensed milk

Serve WithHot

Fragrant Rice

Preparation:

1. Clean the shrimp and remove the black thread (the intestine) from the shrimp by cutting it down the back.2. Slice the galanga and lemongrass, into short 3cm pieces and pound it in a mortar to break out the flavours.3. Put the water in pan bring to the boil.4. When the water is boiling add the galanga, lemongrass, kaffir, salt, and Tom Yum Paste, and wait for it to come back to biling again.5. Add the shrimps in cook for 2 minutes.6. Break the chillis into a mortar and pound them for a few moments to a pulp, add to the soup.7. Add the fish sauce, lemon juce, chilli paste and condensed milk to the soup.8. Turn off the heat and add the coriander leaves, serve hot.

Kai Toon (ไข่ตุ๋น - Thai Steamed Eggs)

Ingredients:

4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup tomato, cube
1 tablespoon soy sauce (of fish sauce)
2 cups chicken stock (or water)
1 tablespoon scallion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon fried garlic (optional)
coriander leaves (for garnishing)

Preparations:

1. Beat the eggs in the medium-sized bowl. Add the chicken stock (or water), tomato, pepper powder and soy sauce. Stir until all ingredients mixed well.
2. Heat water in a steamer. Wait until boiling, then place the bowl and turn down to medium heat. Steam for 15 minutes or until cooked.
3. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with chopped scallions and coriander leaves (and fried garlic : optional). Serve immediately with hot steamed rice.
